All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise with the exception of any and all b2b orders.
Payment must be made at the time of purchase via the available payment methods.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times may vary based on location, supplier and carrier.
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party suppliers or delivery services.
5. Returns and Refunds
Our returns and refunds policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law.
If an item is faulty, or significantly not as described, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted at our discretion and may be subject to conditions.
6. Liability
We do not accept liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
It is your responsibility to ensure the correct and lawful use of purchased products.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials on this website are the property of Found Objects Group PTY LTD and may not be used without permission.

FOUND OBJECTS STUDIO
By accessing OR ENGAGING WITH US, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Scope of Work
The scope of work includes the agreed services and deliverables included in any documentation given to you by, or shared by found objects group pty ltd.
Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional costs.
The studio retains the right to decide on the final presentation and execution style.
2. Intellectual Property
All designs, concepts, and materials created by the studio remain the intellectual property of the studio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose, as specified in the project.
Any reuse or reproduction of the designs beyond the agreed-upon use is prohibited without prior consent.
3. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared throughout the project.
The studio will not disclose any confidential information without prior written consent from the client.
4. Payment Terms & Invoicing
A deposit payment of 50% is required to commence work.
Milestone payments will apply and will be specified in the project proposal.
Full payment is due upon completion of the project or as specified in the agreement.
Late payments may incur a late payment fee of $75/week.
Payment must be made via bank transfer.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation of the project prior to commencement will result in advance forfeiture.
Once work has commenced, cancellations may incur fees based on the completed work and related expenses.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 21 days of cancellation.
6. Liability Limitation
The studio’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the project.
The studio is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
The client acknowledges that they are responsible for reviewing and approving the designs before final approval.
7. Force Majeure
Neither party will be held liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.
8. Amendments & Variations
Any amendments to the project scope or timelines must be agreed upon in writing and coNfirmed by both parties.
Additional costs may apply for changes beyond the agreed scope of work.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and the agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of NEW SOUTH WALES, AUSTRALIA.
10. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing all necessary information, approvals, and materials in a timely manner.
Any delays caused by the client may result in changes to the project timeline or additional costs.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be initially resolved through mediation before proceeding to court.
The dispute resolution process will be 21 days from the notice of dispute.
12. Third-Party Rights
The studio is not responsible for any third-party claims related to the work produced under this agreement.
